Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BXC Media ("we") collects when you use Clipnod and why. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Google's API Services User Data Policy.
What we collect
- Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Workspace data: project names, file names, file sizes, durations, small thumbnail images, comments, drawings, approvals and activity history.
- Review-link visitors: the name a client types when leaving a note.
- Payment records: order and payment IDs from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Google user data
If you connect Google Drive, Clipnod requests only the drive.file permission. This lets Clipnod create a folder and upload, read and delete files that Clipnod itself created. It cannot see any other file in your Drive. We use this access only to store and play back the media you upload in Clipnod. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Clipnod's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google access token is stored encrypted.
Where data is kept
Media files: your own Google Drive. Everything else: Cloudflare's servers (database and hosting).
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or close your workspace. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw Google access at any time from your Google account permissions. Write to babamedia001@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to remember an unlocked review-link password. No tracking or advertising cookies.
